Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at the Royal Highland Hotel in Inverness was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who ensured our comfort throughout our visit. the hotel's location, right next to the train station, made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the charming town and take in the breathtaking views of the Great Glen and Loch Ness. The timeless blend of Victorian elegance and modern comfort was evident in every corner of the hotel, particularly in the stunning Art Gallery Café where we indulged in delicious traditional Afternoon Tea. the talented chefs at the Ash restaurant only added to our dining experience, serving up fresh, local ingredients that truly highlighted the best of Scottish cuisine. Our room was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we could possibly need, including a bathtub to unwind in after a long day of exploring. Overall, the Royal Highland Hotel provided us with a perfect base to explore the surrounding area, from the striking scenery of the Great Glen to the vibrant city of Inverness. We left feeling not only rejuvenated but also enriched by the warm hospitality and authentic Highland experience that the hotel offered. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay in the heart of Scotland.
